I just wanted to acknowledge the quality of service I received by Danny Rue at your San Diego dealership. Like other places of service that I have delt with, he had an opportunity to hit me with a very large bill to repair my Yamaha motor. Instead, he went above and beyond to fix my problem with my best interests in mind. He is a person with obvious integrity and you are very lucky to have a person like this representing your company.

It was so great meeting all the families and we feel that we have made some long time friends in the process. You are all incredibly helpful and friendly.
Brett, you were so kind to help with all of the loading, unloading and anchoring. Jessica, you are absolutely amazing. From the earliest emails to the grand finale barbeque, your enthusiasm and attention to detail was evident and appreciated the entire time.
We are grateful for the time you all spent as guides and instructors. Safety was always at the forefront, and still we managed to have a super time and laugh throughout the learning curve. It was a great feeling having the boats alongside as we made our way back through the chop and drizzle on Sunday.
Ian, we send our deepest thanks for the entire trip and look forward to seeing everyone again in the future.

"I just wanted to express my complete satisfaction regarding the purchase of my new Yamaha 2010 AR240 from your company. From our first conversation on the phone I felt comfortable and knew you were going to sell me a boat. Your confidence and knowledge of your product kept me calling back with questions and your professionalism understood my needs. It was your understanding of what I wanted in my next boat suggesting I look at the new AR240 knowing it would satisfy my needs even though it was over my budget. You know I was a serious buyer but just unsure of the product never owning a Jet Boat so when I asked for a no obligation demonstration you were more than happy to take the time and take us down to Mission Bay for the test run when other dealers wanted me to purchase the product first then go for a demo ride.
I read all the reviews and watch all the videos out on the web, from the manufacture, boattest.com, and U-Tube but when you took us for the demonstration that’s what really sold me. All I can say is WOW what a demonstration it was everything you said it would be the boat handled like a dream, turns on a dime and had plenty of power. All my other boats were I/O’s and my current boat was 20’ Regal with VolvoPenta 5.7 270hp engine. I really did not think a Jet Propulsion boat had a chance to equal the performance but I was totally wrong the AR240 Yamaha with its twin 1.8 engines performed over the top of my current boat. The weekend I picked the boat up we went back to Mission Bay and I’m here to say getting my kids up on the Wake Boards was fast and simple. I did not even have to give the boat full throttle to pull them up and the best thing is the boat does not have to plain off it just goes straight with very little bow raise at all. This boat satisfied my needs for extra storage as well and with the very smart floor plan and seating arrangements not to mention the most fantastic part of the boat the rear swim step platform area that takes you to the waters edge for easy return access from the water this boat has to be the most incredible boat I have every purchased. Also now knowing that I do not have the potential dangers of an exposed prop of the I/O drive is such a relieve, even though you always take all the precautions when owning a Propeller driven boat accidents can and do happen and that is now a worry of the past now and such a big relieve now owning the Yamaha.
I had one other item that was part of my deal, that you took care of with my complete satisfaction, and that was my trade-in of my current boat. Your offer was fair and acceptable where again other dealers wasted my time by asking me to bring the boat down only to over some ridicules trade in price that only told me they did not want my trade to be a part of the deal.

"I would like to extend a warm thank you to the entire team at M20 Marine. I recently purchased a used 1999 Yamaha LS2000 from a private owner in San Diego. As a new boat owner I was very apprehensive about my first boat purchase. With a ton of questions and no idea what to look for I called Doug at M20 Marine in San Diego to see if the team would inspect my prospective purchase and let me know the state of the boat. Throughout the initial inspection process Doug was extremely straightforward and honest with me. He answered my admittedly silly first time boat owner questions with a great amount of patience and knowledge. The cost of the inspection was extremely fair and and the entire process went very smooth. I went on to purchase this boat and of course turned to M20 Marine to repair the items they noted in their inspection. I additionally asked Doug and his team to work on some other proactive maintenance items that I had researched from various online sources. (Oil Line Replacement) Once again Doug was very straightforward and honest with the entire process. He consistently communicated his findings with various aspects of the repair order and ensured he had my agreement before taking large scale actions. His knowledge of my boat and trailer technically was extremely impressive and he was able to provide quick and informed answers to my technical questions about both. And again the cost of the repairs was extremely fair and truly exceeded my expectations. Over all I would have to say Doug went above and beyond throughout the entire process from me dropping the boat off to me picking it up. Many of my friends with boats had given me stern warnings about boat repair facilities, costs, and what to expect. After working with M20 Marine I had to follow up with each of them and tell them how wrong they were. The entire team at M20 Marine has been incredible to work with and specifically Doug and Danny. I have worked for the automotive industry for over 7 years and have seen my share of shops both good and bad. I have to put M20 Marine at the top of my list of shops with the greatest customer service, dedication, and honesty. Of course my positive experience with M20 Marine didn't stop at the pick up of my boat. On my first outing with this boat ever at El Capitan Reservoir this weekend, as I was pulling my boat out of the water, I saw a sales person for M20 Marine bringing in a boat for a customer demo. I had met the gentlemen for maybe 5 minutes earlier that day while purchasing oil and didn't recognize him at first. Regardless he remembered me and made it a point to ask me how the boat did and what my impressions were. It was certainly comforting to know that even when not required to, the employees at M20 Marine care about their customer's experience. I regret that I was too pre-occupied with getting my boat properly recovered to convey my experience to the new prospective customers but really wish I could have shared my positive experience with them. It is safe to say that M20 Marine has earned a long time customer with their work to date on my boat. I will be recommending your business to anyone looking to have service done on their boat or to purchase a new boat and I will be posting this review on the forums I am a member of as well.
